2007 gulfstream endura - heater was working earlier today but now it tries to kick on but will not light - is their a reset switch like on a gas hot water heater

The fan runs but won't kick on - sounds like it is trying to light but doesn't - any suggestions - thank you so much

I had a similar problem with the Atwood furnace in our Seneca. I replaced the ignitor, flame sensor, and sail switch to no avail. I ended up replacing the circuit board with a Dinosaur Electronics equivalent and that did the trick. Haven't had a problem since...

When my furnace did that. I removed outside cover. Then took fan cover off. Checked switch on the cover. It was OK. It's called a sail switch. I them got circuit out. It is on left side fan housing. Removed wire connector from board. Used a clean pencil eraser to clean contact. Put everything back together. Furnace worked OK after that.
