2008 Topkick Kodiak fuel filter housing

I have a 2008 Jayco Seneca.  It is the Topkick Kodiak with the 6.6 Isuzu diesel.  I bought a new fuel filter housing and want to replace the old one.  I will rebuild the old one and keep as a spare.  My problem is the mounting bolts.  I can see the forward bolt but the rear bolt I do not see or feel.  How the heck do you get to this rear bolt?  Thanks
